Note to all commissioners, coaches, and parents:
The GCKA Board has voted for a policy change for fundraising. There will be no more individual player or individual team fundraisers allowed for GCKA. Fundraising will be done for the whole sport or by GCKA as a whole organization.
Fees for players can be offset by volunteering at the GCKA Bingo Hall.
Details for other organization wide fundraisers are being worked out by Ways and Means. They will be meeting every Wed. at 7 pm starting in January if you would like to participate in coming up with fundraiser ideas.

| | | | by Deanna Dezur posted 12/02/2011 GCKA is hosting a 3v3 Kicks Tournament July 21st & 22nd, 2012 at Murfin Fields. The tournament is open to all players U8 through adult. Male, female, and coed divisions will be offered. For more information as well as the registration form please download the 3v3 flyer under Documents.

| | | | | | | Bingo Volunteers Earn Free Sports Registration | | | | | | by Deanna Dezur posted 08/29/2011 GCKA is looking for volunteers to help at the GCKA Bingo Hall. For every session you work you will get 1 credit. Volunteers must be over 18 years of age. Volunteer opportunities are Mondays at 5 pm and Saturdays at 11 am. Each session is approximately 5 hours.
The credits needed for each sport are as follows:
All Football has to volunteer 5 times
Travel Soccer 5 times
Rec Soccer 3 times
Softball 3rd – 12th grade 4 times
Softball K – 2nd 3 times
Cheerleading To be determined
To sign up please call or stop by the office during our office hours.
Mondays 10 am. - 2 pm.
Thursdays 5 pm. - 8 pm.
Fridays 10 am. - 2 pm.

Murfin Fields is currently open except in case of lightning. Thank you for your cooperation.

When GCKA Fields are closed, the Southwest City School fields are closed to GCKA, no exceptions. |
